V realite nesed\u00edme ani ne\u010dup\u00edme na jednom mieste \u2014 pohybujeme sa v trojrozmernom (3D) svete. Preto mus\u00edme bra\u0165 do \u00favahy, \u010do v\u0161etko na\u0161u biomechaniku ovplyv\u0148uje.
